We appreciate your business!

So that we can best serve all of our clients, please be advised of the following policies below:

​DEPOSITS

Deposits are non-refundable and transferrable 1x as long as the appointment is rescheduled for the same service within a 2 week timeframe. Any rescheduling after 2 weeks, or too short notice will require a new appointment with a new deposit.

ARRIVAL TIME

Please aim to arrive about 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment. In the event you arrive late, we provide a 5 minute grace period for services under 30 minutes, and 10 minute grace period for 45 minute + services after your scheduled appointment time if the schedule for the day allows it.

If running late, please call/text (516)-790-6966 ahead of time to communicate your ETA as a courtesy so we can try to accommodate to the best of our ability. Although we do our best to accommodate your full service after a late arrival, it may not be possible to honor an extension due to the time needed to complete your booked service. If your service is shortened due to your late arrival, you will still be charged the full cost of your service. If we cannot service you at all due to your late arrival, it would be considered a 100% no show fee.

SCHEDULING POLICY

A valid debit card is required to have on file in order to book your service. Please note you will be charged a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking and will receive an email receipt that confirms the charged amount. Disclaimer: Your card information is protected by Square. We do not have access to view the full card information you have submitted.

CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

A minimum 24-hour notice is required to reschedule or cancel a booked appointment to honor a one-time deposit transfer. (ex: if you are scheduled to come Thursday at 10 am, you must cancel/reschedule no later than Wednesday 10 am.) *Canceling the same-day is considered a last minute cancellation and will forfeit your deposit without honoring a transfer. Any appointments persistently canceled will result in denying future services at Bare Faces. *Please note deposits are not refundable however, for every new appointment made, the deposit transferred is honored only once and must reschedule a new date within a 2 week timeframe. If you need to reschedule again after the one time transfer, a new deposit is required.

NO SHOWS

A 100% of the amount of the scheduled service will be charged to your card on file. Failure to provide a valid card will result in appointment cancellation and denying future appointments until balance is paid. No exceptions.

SICK

Please be aware that unfortunately due to germs spreading VERY easily, if you are feeling any symptoms of any kind or have some lingering symptoms from coming down from a cold/flu -- as much as we’d love to see your beautiful faces, please DO NOT come to your appointment. We are around others 24/7 and would hate to pass on any colds/flus as well.
